We have had this crib for about a year. We took it apart and reassembled it for a move, and it is just as sturdy as when we first put it together. I am buying another one for my second child.

This is my first child and I wanted to make sure I bought the best crib for quality and value. I looked online to find the best rated cribs and the DaVinci brand was high on the list. My spouse and I loved this crib. It was delivered in a timely fashion and was not too heavy. It did not take long to build, the instructions were easy to follow. We were really impressed by the quality of this product. I can see it lasting for a very long time. I would recommend this crib to anyone with the same goal in mind, of purchasing a crib that is of good value and quality. The color was a little hard to judge from the picture but we loved it when we saw it. From the picture the color is a little bit lighter and has a little hint of red in it. The dresser in the picture is pretty close to the true color. Overall it was a great purchase and I would definitely purchase more products from DaVinci.

I ordered this crib to use for my grandson. The first one arrived damaged (in transit). Amazon quickly sent me a replacement, which arrived in great shape. It took my husband and me about one hour to assemble. It is a nice looking crib. As others have said, it is unfortunate that the hardware is visible. The one thing that bothers me, is the distance from the top of the mattress to the top of the front rail when the mattress is at the lowest position. That distance is only 19 inches. My grandson is one year old. The crib he has at home, sets at least 4 inches lower. I'm concerned about him being able to easily crawl over the rail.
