The back tire tube blew on our stroller, and the only way to fix it was through a bike shop or to call Kolcraft. Bike shops weren't able to fix it, and the only way we could order through Kolcraft was with the model number...on our nonexistent tags. After many go-rounds, finally told them to ship us three completely new tires, and that yes, we understood there would be no refund if the tires were wrong because we did not have the model number. I was then told the tires were backordered 4 weeks. I will never order a product from Kolcraft again. The reps I spoke to were inconsiderant and unwilling to provide alternative solutions.

We bought this stroller and have been using it ever since my daughter was born 7 months ago. It's not nearly as expensive as a BOB stroller, but has a lot of great features.

Pros:
1) It goes over grass or bumpy terrain without any difficulty.
2) Our Chicco KeyFit 30 carseat fits down in it.
3) There is lots of room to stash a large diaper bag, Baby Bjorn, shopping bags, etc. There are also 2 storage bags on the side, which will be nice for keys, toys, papers, etc.
4) It will be nice and roomy with a nice footrest once our child gets older - plus the steering wheel toy is a fun addition.

Cons:
1) I wish you could buy it without the iBaby speaker system - I have never used it and it would be nice to have a little try or extra storage up at the handlebar area.
2) The carseat doesn't actually "click" into it like a travel system - but it does have a strap that secures the carseat.
3) It is heavy! 30 pounds, I believe. It fits into the back of my mid-size SUV just fine, but it is a tight fit into my husband's trunk (he has a Chevy Impala).
4) Somewhere it was advertised as a jogging stroller, but it is not. There are no brakes and it's really not the right height to jog with. Oh well, I don't jog - but my husband does.
5) The back wheels are a little wide and it's hard to negotiate around racks of clothing, etc when shopping.

I'm happy with the purchase. We've had to pump up the wheels once in the past 7 months and haven't had any other problems with it. We also have a cheap umbrella stroller that we can easily throw in and out of the car if we don't feel like messing with the big stroller.

We purchased this stroller to walk on a natural trail in our neighborhood. The trail is a converted railroad bed and the surface is gravel and grass. The stroller works really well on this surface. We also have no problem navigating the sidewalks in our neighborhood. We live in a historic neighborhood so many of the sidewalks are uneven and deteriorating. We purchased the stroller when our daughter was 1 month old and use it with our Chicco Key Fit car seat. The car seat fits perfectly in the stroller. There is also tons of storage which is great for all the baby items and our stuff too. I would have given the stroller 5 stars, but we had a defective tire. It would not stay inflated. I called the company and they sent a new tire immediately. I would suggest that you store a small pump with the stroller in case you run into this issue
